The Structure of Literary work

Literary works contain elemens which become the building blocks of literary works. The building blocks of literary works can be intrinsic and extrinsic. The intricnsic elements constitue the formal structures which build the literary work internally. The internal structures of literary works are theme, plot, setting, character and characterization, and conflict. The extrinsic elements, on the other hand, are those which are outside world related to literary works which build literary wotks. The extrinsic elements can be psychological, politic, historical, and educational elements or backgrounds of literary works.

Film

Film is a moving picture which is the product of technology. Film illustrates human life and environment.Film is considered the youngest art form and has inherited from the older and more traditional arts. Like novels, film can tell stories. It can also portray conflicts between life character like drama. According to Bullock and Trombley (1998:666), film has a function to reflect both social and cultural values for it is one of arts. It should be made clear that the word “art’ is rich with a variety of meaning. Film can present critical view of culture, society, human habit, government, and so on.
